STPP 25 KG (Sodium Tripolyphosphate) is a food-grade powder widely applied in the meat, seafood, poultry, and frozen food industries.
It improves water retention, texture, and juiciness, helping to deliver tender, plump, and appealing products.
Identified as food additive E451(i), it functions as an emulsifier, stabiliser, and moisture-retaining agent.
