RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from ScobiesDirect.com are made pursuant to a
shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such
items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

possible. However, ScobiesDirect.com does not warrant that product
descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete,
reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by ScobiesDirect.com
itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused
condition.
PAYMENTS
Online price errors. If we discover an error in the price of goods ordered or reserved, we will inform you as soon as possible (e.g. prior to the goods being despatched or at the time of the collection of the goods). We will provide you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you choose to cancel and have already paid for the goods you will receive a full refund.

We provide links to the sites of affiliated companies and certain
other businesses. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating,
and we do not warrant the offerings of, any of these businesses or
individuals or the content of their Web sites. ScobiesDirect.com does
not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, product, and

APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting ScobiesDirect.com, you agree that the laws of Scotland,
without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these
Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between
you and ScobiesDirect.com or its affiliates. If any of these
conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason
unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not
affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
LOYALTY SCHEME
This scheme is only available for business customers who log in and place orders via the web. Accumulated points will be lost after 12 months of inactivity.
All prizes are intended only for use by the customer's business; there may be tax implications if prizes are made available for employees personal use,
which is not the responsibility of Scobie & Junor. Tax responsibility lies withthe claimant or end user of the prize.
CHRISTMAS 2024: ‘Buy Now Pay January 2025’ PROMOTION
- To qualify for our 'BUY NOW, PAY IN JANUARY 2025' payment terms, an order must include at least one product from the ScobiesDirect Christmas Shop and then your entire order will be eligible for our 'BUY NOW, PAY IN JANUARY 2025' offer/payment terms.
- Qualifying orders placed in October 2024 will give you the option to 'BUY NOW, PAY IN JANUARY 2025' – Choose which payment option suits you best at the Checkout page
- All qualifying 'BUY NOW, PAY IN JANUARY 2025' orders will be shipped on our normal service and invoiced with payment due no later than 17th January 2025
- If you don’t already have a ScobiesDirect account, we will create one for you subject to our normal account approval process and will advise you within 1 working day if you have qualified for our extended payment terms. We reserve the right to undertake credit checks. Your order will then be released for picking and packing. Your new account will remain open for you to use after Christmas on our normal 30 days payment terms.
- The 'BUY NOW, PAY IN JANUARY 2025' deal is only available for business customers in the food sector e.g. Butchers, Farm Shops, Delis.
- Our normal terms and conditions still apply, including the returns policy.
- This promotions only applies to orders placed on-line with ScobiesDirect.com
- Only available within the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland).
DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to ScobiesDirect.com or
to products you purchase through ScobiesDirect.com shall be submitted to
confidential arbitration in Glasgow, Scotland.
