Butchers Stuffing Mixes

We are proud to make our own Butchers Stuffing Mixes here at Scobies Direct. We have Traditional Stuffing Mixes including Sage & Onion, Speciality Stuffing Mixes like Apricot & Ginger, and we also offer our own Gluten Free Stuffing Mixes which include Sage & Onion and Apricot, Orange & Cranberry. Sage & Onion stuffing mix is the most popular with butchers and farm shops by far.

Our mixes are all 1kg and are easy to make. They can be mixed with sausage meat or just with water for a meat-free version. Each mix can be made as 1/3 stuffing mix, 1/3 sausage meat, 1/3 water, or for the meat-free version 50/50 mix to water.
