Natural Sausage Casing
In our Natural Sausage Casings Shop for butchers and processors, we have sheep and hog casings, as well as Natural ox bungs for making Haggis and larger puddings and sausages. These fresh natural sausage skins for butchers are produced from fully traceable British sheep, hog and cows, carefully selected and processed in BRC plants in the UK & Ireland.
You can buy from 2 hanks to 20 hanks, and multiple sizes are available, from as small as 18/20 mm sheep casings, to as big as 36/40 mm hog casings, as well as the larger ox casings. Our sheep casing Zipstrips are a great time saver; they are supplied on a tape that feeds on to the nozzle with ease, allowing the user to start filling in seconds!
We recommend that all natural casings be soaked in fresh water for a minimum of 2 hours before use, but ideally overnight.
