Sausages, Burgers, Pie Fillings, Chicken Nuggets, Donner Kebabs
It is used between 2% to 3% in final product to reduce cook out and shrinkage and has a superior fat emulsion and excellent water binding capacity in a variety of below cutting and tumbling technologies. It absorbs more than 5 times its weight in water and retains mositure in high fat formulation.
With a higher protein level than most other soya concentrates being sold in the UK and Ireland, it is therefore a more functional and effective soya concentrate replacement.
In some applications Empro Soya Concentrate 20 will replace a soya isolate which makes it extremely cost effective.
Sourced from China from a BRC approved supplier, this is a value-add product derived from natural, non-GMO, defatted and dehulled soyabeans. It is produced to ISO9001 standards and is Kosher and Halal approved.
