Sanzoku 山賊 Black Pepper Sauce
The word Sanzoku in Japanese means "bandit"山賊. This particular sauce is associated with bandits from a region of Japan who preferred strong peppery flavours when cooking their meat.
This Japanese sauce combines a tasty mixture of pepper, garlic and soy sauce enhanced by a variety of textures.
Ideal for rich flavoursome meats like lamb, pork and chicken thighs, and of course it's perfect for using with steaks.
Just use a 20% - 30% ratio to ingredients
- Distinct Peppery Kick
- Great marinade or finishing sauce
- 3 Grinds of Pepper: Course, Medium and Fine + 2 kinds of garlic (chopped & crushed)
Black Pepper Rib eye, Black pepper wings Chicken wings, Black pepper ribs, Black pepper Beef etc.
Use within 4 weeks and keep refrigerated.
