An intense combination of aromatic flavours required to make authentic tasting Thai curries. A pale orange blend with visual red peppers and herbs and a sweet aroma of coconut and ginger. This product is now also carmine free.
Ideally suited to beef, chicken seafood and vegetables.
Directions for use:
To use this glaze take 1kg of your chosen meat, seafood or vegetables, place in suitable bag or container with 50g of glaze, shake well to entirely cover contents. Display on tray in cabinet.
Glazes are supplied as dry powders designed to coat the fish or meat and then 'wet out' to give a sauce like appearance – but unlike a sauce there is little drip, mess and wastage while preparing the product. As there is minimum drip loss the product weight and therefore value is maintained. This product is nut free.
