Bearnaise Sauce
DINE IN Bearnaise Sauce is a classic creamy sauce with tarragon, chervil and shallots. Traditionally served with steak, but also delicious over smoked fish, with cold meats or even in a potato salad with tuna or smoked ham.
Supplied in a case of 6 x 180g jars.
Ingredients
Rapeseed Oil, Water, Free Range Pasteurised EGG Yolk (7%)
(EGG Yolk, Salt), Dijon MUSTARD (Water,
MUSTARD Seeds, Vinegar, Salt), Sugar, White Grape Vinegar,
Concentrated Lemon Juice, Tarragon (1%), Chervil (1%), Shallots (1%), Salt,
Stabiliser: Xanthan Gum, Natural Colour: Beta Carotene Oil, Natural Tarragon
Flavour (0.3%), Preservative: Potassium Sorbate, Gherkins, Capers, Green
Peppercorn Paste (Green Peppercorns, Water, Salt, Acidity Regulator: Acetic Acid).
Storage & Use
Store in a cool dry place away from direct heat and light. Once opened refrigerate and consume within 4 weeks.
