Our chilli flakes have been naturally smoked in our traditional smokehouse.

Smoky Brae's Smoked Chilli Flakes are handcrafted in Scotland by a kilted Highlander in our family run smokehouse. Every flake has been traditionally smoked low and slow using oak to create delicious natural SMOKY chilli flakes.

Our smoked chilli flakes are a great way to add a fiery kick to your recipes or dishes. Try them in curries, sauces, pasta dishes, marinade & rubs, salsas & dips, on pizza, added to meat, fish, vegetables or with chocolate and caramel desserts.
