Japanese Style Panko Bread Crumbs.
1. Roll meat, poultry, shrimp, fish or vegetables in tempura batter mix or flour and coat evenly.
2. Dip the prepared food into mixture of one beaten egg with 2-3 tablespoons of water and a dash of salt.
3. Roll in bread crumbs until well coated
Cooking Instructions for customer:
1. Fry in hot oil at 170ºC until golden brown.
Can be used with our tempura batter mix
