As PEPPUP sauce is already cooked it can just be added to raw meat and can be used in trays and in boil in bag for food to go.
For example, a leg of lamb with PEPPUP Jalapeno sauce in a cooking bag
enhances flavour and does not dry out the meat if over cooked by customer. It can be personalised by adding a sprig of rosemary.
Suitable for all consumers as great taste but also added value for health-conscious customers as no added sugar, fat free, low calorie content compared to conventional sauces and no allergens to declare.
PEPPUP sauce comes in 3 kg pouches that have a long shelf life they are an ambient product when not opened. Once opened they need to be consumed within 10 days as they have no preservatives and are a fresh, homemade, clean product. The sauce can be frozen. A 3 kg pouch can make 30-40 portions.

Peppup sauces help make a butchers life easier - as long as a customer like the taste, then the great thing about the sauces is that they fit the requirements of pretty much everybody, so no matter whether they are gluten intolerant, suffer from allergens or want to avoid dairy, fat or have salt issues, then peppup sauces will be suitable for them.
- Once open keep refrigerated from 1C - 4C, keep the product sealed and use withing 7 to 10 days
- Reheat to 70C for 2 minutes before consumption

Pork Belly in Roasted Pepper and Jalapeno Sauce
- Pork Belly 300g
- Peppup Roasted Pepper and Jalapeno Sauce 160g
Place the pork belly in an ovenable tray and cover with sauce.
To cook, place in a hot oven at 180c for 20-25 mins until fully cooked with a core temperature of 75c or above
Serve with sweet potato wedges, slaw and salad.

I like to combine a few simple ingredients to create interesting and alternative flavours that all the family can enjoy. I married the much-loved classic Italian combination of roasted red pepper with tomato to create PEPPUP, our family ketchup, as a wholesome alternative to shelf bought tomato ketchup products.
I have fond memories of my Italian childhood, which taught me the importance of striking a good balance in life. Today my kitchen is the hub of family activity and, while lovingly preparing good food for my family and friends, I have created PEPPUP.
