maker will produce 20 sticks at a time, with each one 20mm in diameter. Recommend weights are 60-120g (2-4oz).
This machine will form any minced and seasoned meat onto skewers.
Select the meat to be used, mince twice, add seasoning, mix together and mince again.
Calculate the amount of meat mixture required by multiplying the number of holes in the forming plate by the weight per skewer.
Constructed from 304 grade stainless steel the box can be completely dismantled for ease of cleaning.
