Garlic Butter Glaze gives a buttery flavour which complements the garlic, ideal for use with meats, fish, poultry and to make the perfect garlic mushroom dish
The Glaze can also be used for dips by just adding mayonnaise or yoghurt, or for sandwich fillings, in pasta and with vegetable dishes.
Directions for use:
To use this glaze take 1kg of your chosen product, place in suitable bag or container with 80g of glaze, shake well to entirely cover contents. Display on tray in cabinet.
Glazes are supplied as dry powders designed to coat the fish or meat and then 'wet out' to give a sauce like appearance – but unlike a sauce there is little drip, mess and wastage while preparing the product. As there is minimum drip loss the product weight and therefore value is maintained.
