Big Phat Greek Rub Seasoning, this spice seasoning was developed with inspiration from Greece, with sunshine, great seafood and night time street food.
Apply rub to moist meat surface at least 1 hour prior to cooking and allow to soak in. Use olive oil & lemon juice in a zip lock bag.
This Big Phat Greek seasoning is amazing for making homemade Gyros and Souvlaki. Grilled chicken, pork or shrimp stuffed into pitas with greek salad and hot sauce……nóstima!!
Apply an even coating, use at approx 3-4% meat weight.
