Bone Protection

ScobiesDirect offer a range of bone protection for high street butchers and meat processors. This includes shank and rack caps, plus waxed bone guard. Bone/Shank protection caps are made from various grades of plastic and are shaped to slide over the bone help protect against the puncturing of packaging - since they prevent the bone from piercing through your vacuum or shrink bag. Please note that they need to be removed before cooking.
