The DS Hoist has been specifically developed by SCOTNET to tip the 1000mm x 1200mm Dolav style plastic bins from floor level, and tip them onto one of our hoppers for feeding directly into our DS1200 Double Stuffers and DS1200PXP Double Presses.

Being fully guarded, with light curtain protection at the rear, we can position the controls at the stuffing operator, enabling them to control the tipping, as they require product. This saves labour, and increases productivity, as the stuffing operator doesn't have to leave his station to tip more product.

They are electrically controlled, with pneumatic lifting, eliminating any potential contamination from a cylinder leak.

These Double Meat Press machines are also known as ham presses, meta press, dual press or a euro press. Frequently used for ham making machinery, it first presses the meat, before stuffing it into casings or netting.
