The Gaser L80 sausage cutter nips and cuts fresh sausages to an equal length, allowing you to deliver your sausages at consistent lengths and weights which is what the catering market is demanding.
Another advantage is that the sausages remain straight which makes the cooking much easier than sausages cut from links of three (banana shaped).
Made from stainless steel and non-toxic plastics the L80 is easy to maintain and clean.
The L80 is suitable for natural and artificial sausage skins, and is capable of producing 100 - 400 pieces / minute.
The machine comes as standard with 100mm cams to produce 100m sausages but other sized cams are available on request.
