In combi mode, it can hold up to 10 GN 2/3 trays at 35 mm pitch or 5 trays at
70 mm pitch, handling full loads efficiently.

In speed mode, it uses a dedicated SPEED.Plate tray, allowing you to run
multiple cooking programmes at the same time and quickly prepare different dishes.
The oven combines hot air, steam with variable humidity and microwaves in a single hybrid system.

juiciness associated with a traditional combi oven.
