RISK OF LOSS

FAILED DELIVERIES

If a delivery is refused by the consignee we reserve the right to withhold the carriage charge, if the order has been subject to free carriage we reserve the right to charge the cost of the failed delivery.

If the courier company refuses to redeliver to your premises for any reason we also reserve the right to withhold the carriage charge on the returned goods.
