Terms and conditions.
- The Store Card is only for use at ScobiesDirect.com.
It will not work at any other shop or merchant.
ScobiesDirect.com is owned and operated by Scobie &
Junor (Estd. 1919) Limited, 1 Singer Rd, East Kilbride,
Glasgow, G75 0XS ("the Company").
- Applicants must be a Butchers Shop, have a VAT
number, and be located in the UK or Ireland. The Card is not
available to individuals or the general public. Only
one card per shop.
- All goods shipped remain the property of the Company
until paid for in full.
- Complaints about products received have to be raised
within 7 days of delivery, otherwise it will be deemed
that they are acceptable.
- The payment terms are strictly 30 days nett
monthly. This means that invoices are due for
payment at the month end of the following month. Your
account will be put on hold if any
invoices remain unpaid past their due date, or if you
exceed your credit limit.
- You can pay for you invoices by cheque posted to the
address at East Kilbride, by phoning in or on-line with
your credit/debit card, or by direct debit.
- A statement will be sent to you at the beginning of
each month. If your account remains in default, we
reserve the right to apply an interest charge at 5% per
month over the Bank of England for sterling cards or for
Euro cards the Bank of Ireland base rate.
- The credit limit can be varied at any time at the
Company's discretion.
