in width, and is provided as 2 hanks per pot with a total yield weight of
100/110 lbs and length of 160m approximately. This is an ideal size to make a
breakfast sausage.
Supplied in a moist salt pot.
We recommend they should be soaked in fresh water for a minimum of 2 hours but ideally overnight for optimum performance and rinsed in fresh water before use.
