Organic Hog Casing 32/34 1 Hank/Pouch
Calling all Organic Sausage producers we can now provide you with a fully organic hog casing.

These casings originate from British pigs reared on organic farms which are then routed via a certified organic abbatoir to our casings selection plant.

Casings are supplied in sealed vacuum pouches ; each pouch contains 1 x 40m hank.

Ideal for Cumberland , Venison or any BBQ sausage.

Fills out at least 40lbs of sausage

All our Natural Casings come in easy to use packs and are cured in salt before dispatch. We recommend they are stored in a sealed ‘Tupperware’ type container in a fridge….
where they will be fine for at least 3-4 months. Before use they need to have the salt rinsed from them and then soaked in warm water for at least 20 minutes prior to use.
