Moving away from the more traditional use of herbs, the combination of garlic and herb adds a certain continental feel to your menu. One of our most versatile stuffings, garlic and herb works with virtually any poultry, fish and game dish.

All stuffings in the Gourmet range are made in Shropshire to traditional recipes using only wholemeal breadcrumbs with no additional salt or fat and no artificial flavourings additives or colours.
The quality of the natural ingredients used and the innovative combination of flavours bring out the best in any meat, fish or poultry dish.
