With  interchangeable forming plate sets for Shish Kebabs, Pork Lollipops, Kofta Kebabs and Satay

Equipment  Model 12 - Supplied with one forming plate set 12 holes of 20mm diameter.
Recommended weights 60-120g (2-4oz)

Method: Will form any minced and seasoned meat onto skewers. Select the meat to be used,
mince twice, add seasoning, mix together and mince again. Calculate the amount of meat mixture
required by multiplying the number of holes in the forming plate by the weight per skewer.


     

Load meat into outer
box and press down
to extrude any air

Place on top of
inner box and
skewer

Press down firmly
on the handles to
extrude the meat
through the forming
plate

Remove by pulling
up and away from
the box. Roll in
decorative coating
and display for sale
