Step by Step Guide


1. Cook your pasta according to the packet instructions and have it ready with your other ingredients.

2. Add the vegetables to a pan and cook for 2 minutes. The onions should be turning golden.

3. Cook the chicken with the vegetables until there is no more pink and edges begin to sear.

4. Next, add the Italian tomato sauce and make sure you coat the chicken and vegetables evenly.

5. Cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens and the chicken cooks through.

6. Add your cooked pasta and give it a good mix to make sure all of it gets a good coating.

7. Add a splash of water to loosen up the mixture.

8. Transfer to your ovenable tray.

9. Garnish with cheese, tomato and basil leaves as required.

🍳 Cooking Suggestion

Preheat oven: 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5 Pierce film lid several times. Place on a baking tray in the centre of oven for 25-30 minutes. Leave to stand for 2 minutes after heating. Stir well before serving.
