Top & Base Web Thermoforming Films


We offer the complete solution of top and bottom webs for thermoforming.  Buying both webs from us guarantees the pack will work. We can offer lock or easy peel seals, as well as anti fog and low or high barriers.

All our thermoforming solutions are ideal for cooked meats, cheese, bacon, gammon steaks etc. 

All packs are microwaveable if film pierced.  Not suitable for conventional ovens.  If you need a pack that can be cooked in a conventional oven you must use a C-PET pre-made tray.
1.  Flexible Thermoformed Pack

LB  		Ideal for bacon, our solution is from Plastopil; Multiform Extreme for the base which gives excellent clarity and Toplex L45 or L60 on top. 

Excellent sealing thru fat and blood.

Get shrink bag clarity from a vacuum or gas flushed thermoformed pack.

2.  PVC Rigid Base Pack

PVC		 Ideal for mince, our solution is Polyraz PVC base in black, gold or clear, coupled with Toplex EVOH high barrier top.

Choose a seal type by adding PE to the PVC base.

3.  Polyester Rigid Base Pack

 PVC		 Our environmentally friendly (w/o dioxins) pack with Ecopet A-PET base with low barrier Toplex PET or high barrier HBEPC60.

Can seal through fat and blood due to top secret M layer in the PET or use the A-PET /PE.

For an ovenable tray the tray must be premade in C-Pet.
