Method

Mince organic fat and organic suet through a 5mm plate

Add Organic Blending Co Black Pudding mix and organic kibbled onion and mix thoroughly

Heat 2/3 of the blood until it thickens (do not bring to the boil)
4
Add the cooked blood and the raw blood together and combine with the mix
5
Fill into casings and cook at 80°C for approximately 50 - 60 mins
6
Allow to cool before slicing

Pan fry or grill for 2 minutes on each side
