Organic Highland Black Pudding Recipe #1202

Traditionally seasoned with cloves, pimento and black pepper bound together with organic oatmeal with a hint of onion, for that highland fling.

Method
1Mince organic fat and organic suet through a 5mm plate
2Add Organic Blending Co Black Pudding mix and organic kibbled onion and mix thoroughly
3Heat 2/3 of the blood until it thickens (do not bring to the boil)
4Add the cooked blood and the raw blood together and combine with the mix
5Fill into casings and cook at 80°C for approximately 50 - 60 mins
6Allow to cool before slicing

Pan fry or grill for 2 minutes on each side
