The unique combination of the sweetness of apricot together with the distinct flavour only almond can give, adds subtle enhancement to any dish. Works very well with fish and pork recipes

All stuffings in the Gourmet range are made in Shropshire to traditional recipes using only wholemeal breadcrumbs with no additional salt or fat and no artificial flavourings additives or colours.
