Cleaning
Where possible we recommend hand washing of all our products to ensure they remain in the best possible condition throughout their lifespan.
Heating & Chilling
The products are designed for use in food counters and chill cabinets where temperatures remain constant.  We recommend that the products are NOT subjected to dramatic changes in temperature (e.g. directly out of chill cabinet into hot dishwasher).
